All data is stored and processed exclusively within the European Union. Data is not transferred outside the EU/EEA.
Important limitation: since personal data is automatically removed from transcripts and audio is not stored, it is technically impossible for us to identify a specific person in the anonymised data afterwards. This means that, as a rule, we cannot extract a specific person's data from the anonymised dataset in response to an individual request.
