VILFF · Knowledge base
How much does conversation analytics cost for a store, and what does it pay back?
VILFF costs from €81 per month per location: the price depends on the number of locations and the billing period. That includes the recording device on rental, unlimited recording hours, AI analysis of every conversation, weekly reports and the full GDPR document pack. The first week is free, there is no setup fee, and cancellation takes 30 days' notice. For comparison: a single mystery-shopping visit often costs about the same - and covers one conversation instead of all of them.
What the price includes
- A microphone device on rental - we install it, or you set it up yourself in about 10 minutes;
- Unlimited recording and analysis, every day the store is open;
- Analytics portal in English and Russian + weekly digest reports;
- Full GDPR pack: signs, staff notifications, privacy policy;
- E-mail support. Data stays on EU servers only.
Where the money comes back
- A real-time out-of-stock list. Every product customers asked for and did not find, with the number of mentions. A couple of saved sales a day usually covers the subscription already;
- Lost-sale moments. Dialogues where the customer left without buying, with the exact quote of the reason - a price objection, a missing size, an unanswered question;
- Targeted coaching. Instead of generic training, the manager sees the real weak spots of each salesperson: interruptions, missed upsells, unhandled objections;
- Early conflict detection. Escalations are visible the same day - before they turn into a public review.
An example of scale
Our demo portal shows a network of petrol stations: 9,000+ analysed conversations. No manager could listen to even a tenth of that - the AI reads all of it, every day.
Details and sign-up: pricing on the home page - the pilot week is free and needs no credit card. Prices exclude VAT.
